Another denim on denim look. Well, more of denim and chambray look, but you get the point.
Denim on denim is probably one of those trends where it can be pretty tricky and easy to pull off. Tricky because you can look completely ridiculous if not done right, but yet easy because once you get the hang of it, it comes naturally.
We’re always told that when we decided to have a denim on denim look, we always have to contrast. That is very true and will probably continue to be true as long as this trend lives. My first post where I tried this trend out can be found (here). As you can see in that post, my jeans and top were of two different colours, lighter top and darker bottom. Here, the shades are similar, but what made it work was that, my top wasn’t really denim, it was more of a chambray fabric making it easier to pull off.
I think it worked really well. What do you guys think?
